No pitch on this page. Just the honest answers to the things people quietly worry about before they get in touch: who it's for, what the call is, what I need from you, what I'll never touch, and what it won't fix.
no pressure, no pitch
This is for you if
- You run a small business or work for yourself, and the same boring jobs eat your week.
- You're curious about AI but haven't the time or nerve to set it up properly yourself.
- You want it done right once, owned by you, not a subscription to someone you can't get rid of.
- You'd rather keep your taste and judgement, and hand over the busywork.
This is not for you if
- You want to fire your team and have AI run the business. It can't, and I won't sell you that.
- You want a magic button with no learning at all. You'll learn a little; that's the point.
- You want the cheapest possible tool and nothing else. The tool's the cheap part; the setup is the value.
- You're after hype. There's none here, on the site or in the room.
If you're not sure which side you're on, that's exactly what the free call is for. I'll tell you honestly.
Fifteen minutes, no slides, no sell
You tell me what your week looks like and where the time goes. I tell you honestly whether this is worth doing for you, and if it isn't, I'll say so and point you at the free guide. There's no obligation and nothing to prepare. It is not a mini-audit and it is not a sales call in disguise; it's me working out whether I can actually help, and you working out whether you trust me to.
If it's a fit, the next step is a paid workflow audit (£195, and it credits back against a setup). If it isn't, you'll leave with a clearer head and no bill.
The call, plainly
- Is: a human chat about your week
- Is: an honest yes/no on whether it's worth it
- Isn't: a pitch, or slides, or pressure
- Isn't: a free mini-audit
15 minutes · free · no obligation
The quiet worry is always the same: am I handing a stranger the keys to everything? No. Here's the honest line on access, so you know before we even speak.
What I'll ask for
- A shared screen, or to sit with you, while we set things up together. You watch it happen.
- To help you create the accounts in your business's name, owned by you, billed by you.
- To connect the tools you choose (say your documents), only when you understand what that means, and only what the work needs.
What I never need
- Your passwords. You type those; I never hold them. They go in your password manager, not mine.
- Ownership of anything. Every account is yours from the first minute. No login to me, ever.
- Access to things the work doesn't touch. If a tool isn't part of the job, we don't connect it.
The rule underneath
The business owns the setup, not me and not one member of your staff. That's the whole point: when I leave, you're not dependent on me, and nobody can walk off with your AI. There's no subscription to me and no lock-in. See the full safety line below, or the glossary if a word ever trips you up.
Before
A short form so I arrive knowing your week. If we're doing a setup, a ten-minute questionnaire so it's built around how you actually work.
The session
We install it, set it up in your business's name with privacy locked down, teach it your business and your voice, and connect the tools you chose. Then one real job from your week gets done, live, before I leave.
Handover
You get a dashboard with everything in one place, plain-English notes, your safety rules, and a prompt library for your real jobs. It's yours to keep and re-read.
After
I check in at seven days and thirty days: what you've used, what confused you, what saved time. If you want it kept sharp, there's optional monthly aftercare from £85. I offer it once and never push.
No surprises, no jargon you're expected to already know. Calm and staged, not one scary leap.
The short, honest answer: yes, set up properly
Set up the way I set it up, your work is not used to train the AI, your conversations stay private to you, and the business owns the account, so a staff member leaving is a five-minute admin job, not a crisis. I'll also give you and any staff a simple traffic-light for what's safe to paste in, and what to keep out.
The real risks with AI aren't the tool, they're the setup: shared logins, one person owning the account, no rules, sensitive things pasted in by mistake. Every one of those is fixed by doing it properly, which is the whole job.
The traffic-light, in brief
- Green: everyday work, notes, drafting, planning , just use it
- Amber: client briefs, quotes, draft contracts , think first
- Red: passwords, bank details, unredacted client data , never
you get the full version, tailored, at handover
So you're not disappointed later: this won't replace judgement, taste, or knowing your own customers. It won't make a bad offer good. It won't run itself with zero input, you stay the one deciding and checking. What it will do is take the repetitive drafting, quoting, summarising and chasing off your plate, so your time goes on the work only you can do. That's the honest promise, and it's a big one.
Still reading? Good sign.
The free fifteen-minute call is the no-risk next step. If it's not for you, I'll tell you.
